★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien solo que extiendan el tiempo de uso del equipo de cardio, 15 minutos en elíptica no son suficientes ninpara calentar ninpara cerrar entreno, creo que 30 minutos serían lo ideal
Very good, just extend the time of use of the cardio equipment, 15 minutes on the elliptical is not enough to warm up nor to close training, I think 30 minutes would be ideal
