★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de instructores no cuentan con la experiencia necesaria para trabajar con la salud de las personas te exigen más de lo adecuado y no cuentan con la información para hacer rutinas adecuadas a cada persona , yo fui de visita para ver que tal y resulte con fiebre y intenso dolor muscular gracias a el instructor que no supo dar una rutina de acuerdo a mi persona y exigiendo más de lo necesario ya que volvía a retomar mis entrenamientos después de un mes, consulte con un instructor de verdad y me dijo que efectivamente no cuentan con la experiencia necesaria para ser instructores ahí , así que no les recomiendo ir ahí, expones tu salud con el personal que no cuenta con la experiencia necesaria .
Terrible attention from instructors, they do not have the necessary experience to work with people's health, they demand more from you than is appropriate and they do not have the information to make adequate routines for each person, I went to visit to see how it was and it turned out with a fever and intense muscular pain thanks to the instructor who did not know how to give a routine according to my person and demanding more than necessary since I returned to resume my training after a month, I consulted a real instructor and he told me that they do not count with the necessary experience to be instructors there, so I do not recommend going there, you expose your health to the staff who do not have the necessary experience.
