Si ya saben alguna rutina vayan, pero si no mejor no se arriesguen lo barato sale caro y aparte quieren que les pagues entrenamiento, con 3 cursitos de YouTube ya se sienten máster, si te entrenan seguro ganas una buena lesión en la columna ahahahah. Checalo. Además ahorita con lo de la pandemia no quieren ni poner papel en el baño.
