★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gym está bien en cuanto al equipo. El área de cardio tiene la ventaja de la vista de una parte de la ciudad que se disfruta más durante la mañana. La parte de pesas está muy saturada, pues el espacio es pequeño y colocaron las máquinas una junto a la otra. Las duchas y él sauna están bien.
Lo mejor: el horario de atención. Es mucho más extendido que en otros gyms.
Lo peor: si quieres hacer ejercicios sobre el suelo, como abdominales, puede ser complicado porque casi no hay espacio libre. El in body es algo básico, pues no tienen una báscula con manubrio para que pueda hacer el examen completo.
The gym is good in terms of equipment. The cardio area has the advantage of a view of a part of the city that is best enjoyed in the morning. The weights part is very saturated, because the space is small and they placed the machines next to each other. The showers and sauna are fine.
The best: the opening hours. It is much more widespread than in other gyms.
The worst: if you want to do exercises on the ground, like sit-ups, it can be difficult because there is almost no free space. The in body is something basic, since they do not have a scale with a handlebar so that you can do the complete exam.
