Fui en varias ocasiones a solucionar problemas y el personal o no sabe o no quiere hacer las cosas, siempre hay que llamar al gerente para todo y difícilmente encuentran solución a las dudas y/o problemas, siempre está lleno de gente a pesar que tienen veintitantos "asesores" en ventanilla, antes que ir a ese Telcel que es el más cercano a mi casa preferiría ir al de Centrika, así de "bueno" es su servicio.
