★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones, son buenas, les falta reparar algunos aparatos, la atención es amable pero mala, fui por primera vez, no me dieron información completa, pedí me mostrarán las instalaciones y solo me dijeron verbalmente que el piso de arriba es cardio y pierna y así las áreas, no encontraba las pesas y no había coach que me auxiliar porque estaba cubriendo a la recepcionista, que no estaba, me dijo que en cuanto llegara la chica, subía a ayudarme y tardo como 15 minutos más y cuando subió me ignoró y se puso a hacer cardio él, afortunadamente yo ta llevaba rutina pero si fuera mi necesidad que me pudieran una, no lo hubieran hecho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado mucho cuidado Afuera del gym hay un tipo q se hace pasar por gente del gym y lava carros. Le di a lavar el mio pensando q solo lo eso iba hacer pero se llevo mi carro por 20 minutos y m preocupe pero luego lo vi de nuevo y cuando salí mi carro tenia un golpe en la puerta derecha. El dice q no fue q así venia pero es mentira
Lo peor es el gym tiene cámaras de vigilancia y no es posible tanta burocracia para q t enseñen una parte de la grabación para saber si fue el o otro usuario. Llevo 3 semanas. Pidiendo la cámara y nada solo dan puros pretextos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apenas conociendo está franquicia de gimnasios y no están mal, pero pueden mejorar. En el caso de esta sucursal me agrado que tiene lugar para estacionarse, es una zona tranquila, están nuevos los equipos (aunque algunos de cardio ya presentan fallas) y que son amables en recepción, lo que deberían mejorar es que no ví ni un solo locker (cosa que si hay en Cd. Azteca), hay pocos trapos para limpiar los equipos, falta poner barandales en las escaleras, y claro lo que falta en todas las sucursales, mejorar la experiencia multiclub ya que tienes que presentar la foto de tu inscripción del gimnasio dónde te apúntaste cada vez que quieres entrar a otra sucursal. Me parece que el smartfit por un precio parecido te ofrece soluciones muy parecidas y me parecen más profesionales en smartfit. Aunque en sportica tienen muchas clases (CrossFit, box, zumba, salsa, etc, etc) y en Smart hasta donde se no.
