★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! buena parte del edificio huele a playa (feo) y tienen los aparatos más incómodos que he usado en mi vida. Cuando nos inscribimos nos dijeron que podíamos cancelar cuando quisiéramos y después de una semana quisimos darnos de baja, pero resulta que hay una claúsula oculta en el reglamento (que NO está en el contrato) que te obliga a estar inscrito 30 días (se niegan a darte de baja y dependiendo de tu fecha de inscripción, buscan que les pagues dos meses: el que ya no quieres estar y el que inicie durante los días en los que no te dejan darte de baja). Hasta el cuate de recepción que me atendió se puso a buscar la cláusula que decía que existía en el contrato y tuvo que pedir ayuda para que le dijeran que estaba en el reglamento. Es la primera vez que veo que un reglamento te pone trabas administrativas adicionales a las estipuladas en el contrato.
Terrible! much of the building smells like a beach (ugly) and they have the most uncomfortable appliances I've ever used. When we signed up they told us that we could cancel whenever we wanted and after a week we wanted to unsubscribe, but it turns out that there is a hidden clause in the regulations (which is NOT in the contract) that requires you to be registered for 30 days (they refuse to unsubscribe and depending on your enrollment date, they want you to pay them for two months: the one you no longer want to be in and the one that starts during the days when they don't let you unsubscribe). Even the receptionist who attended me began to look for the clause that said it existed in the contract and had to ask for help to be told that it was in the regulations. It is the first time that I see that a regulation puts additional administrative obstacles to those stipulated in the contract.

2. la atención a clientes de la recepción una estrella su personal cambia todo el tiempo así que si ocupas preguntar algo le tienen que preguntar al jefe del jefe así que cero efectiva y sumado a esto una actitud nefasta.
3. si vas a pagar tu anualidad ALTO, lee la letra pequeña porque súper atentos a la hora de vender el servicio pero alguna modificacion traspaso, lo que sea es un viacrucis. teniendo en cuenta que jamas te van a regresar dinero. y si se te ofrece algo adminstrativo desde la recepcion se escucha las conversaciones de personal de recepcion y la gerencia. con palabras no tan eleganes con las que se refieren a sus clientes.
4. como gimnasio 3 de 5 pero como club cero
1. They do not have a global database and claim to be a multiclub and a thousand forms with the same data.
2. customer service at the reception one star, its staff changes all the time so if you ask something they have to ask the boss's boss so zero effectiveness and added to this a disastrous attitude.
3. If you are going to pay your annuity HIGH, read the small print because you are super attentive when it comes to selling the service, but some transfer modification, whatever it is, is a viacrucis. taking into account that they will never return your money. And if you are offered something administrative from the reception, you can listen to the conversations of the reception staff and the management. with not so elegant words with which they refer to their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como gimnasio funciona bien, como club deportivo familiar NO. No cuentan con actividades para menores de edad, solo tienen lunes, miércoles y sábado. Y peor aún para niño/as de 9 a 15 años no hay prácticamente nada.
Se le solicito al gerente añadir nuevas clases toda la semana para los menores y después de mes y medio no hay cambio.
Recomendaría buscar otras opciones como Sports World o Nelson Vargas que en precios son similares.
As a gym it works well, as a family sports club NO. They do not have activities for minors, they only have Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. And even worse for children between 9 and 15 years old, there is practically nothing.
The manager was asked to add new classes all week for the minors and after a month and a half there is no change.
I would recommend looking for other options such as Sports World or Nelson Vargas that are similar in price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disfruto mucho estar aquí. El ambiente es muy agradable, las instalaciones están limpias y ordenadas. Los profesores están bien capacitados, las clases son bastante buenas. La alberca suele estar bastante limpia, aunque sí se satura en algunos horarios. Hay estacionamiento y cuenta con promociones para los miembros del club. Los baños están limpios y tienen agua caliente. Hay lockers de uso diario o de renta anual. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
I really enjoy being here. The atmosphere is very nice, the facilities are clean and tidy. Teachers are well trained, classes are pretty good. The pool is usually quite clean, although it does get saturated at some times. There is parking and it has promotions for club members. The bathrooms are clean and have hot water. There are lockers for daily use or annual rent. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen gimnasio, precios competitivos y buena oferta de clases aunque no cuentan con tanta variedad, se casan con programas como Body Combat, baile y Yoga cuando tienen licencias que podrían explotar más. Los vestidores son bastante grandes aunque el espacio es algo reducido en los pasillos de los lockers de entrada por salida. Falta un poco más de limpieza y mantenimiento aunque si ha ido mejorando conforme a entrando más y más gente así que podría ser un tema de presupuesto.
Good gym, competitive prices and a good range of classes, although they do not have as much variety, they marry programs such as Body Combat, dance and Yoga when they have licenses that could be exploited more. The dressing rooms are quite large although space is somewhat limited in the corridors from the entrance to exit lockers. A little more cleaning and maintenance is needed, although it has been improving as more and more people enter, so it could be a budget issue.
