★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal no es muy buena pero su coordinador administrativo Gerardo es de los mejores de toda la cadena; lastima que solo el conozca los procedimientos, algunos otros me caen bien pero no sirven para nada, la limpieza y el equipo buenas, los servicios de clases buenos, los instructores se interesan un poco más en la gente que en otros clubes, la zona de cardio limpia y bien, no hay casi nada de gente últimamente está más vacío, lo malo es que otra vez tienen problemas con las toallas y la alberca es la peor de todas, en medio del lugar parece pecera y el agua fría y turbia siempre, los vestidores están aceptables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien en general. Pero la alberca tiene particulas blancas en el fondo y no es agradable nadar asi. Ojala mejoren su mantenimiento, sobretodo en epocas de calor. En las mañanas no siempre tienen toallas.
Buen espacio en cardio y completo en equipo de peso.
Good overall. But the pool has white particles at the bottom and it is not pleasant to swim like that. Hopefully they improve their maintenance, especially in hot weather. In the mornings they don't always have towels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son buenas, entre 6-7 de la tarde hay poca gente, puedes utilizar los aparatos sin problema. Todo se ve limpio y el personal es amable. No me encanta que la alberca esté tan a la vista de todos los demás, en otras sucursales normalmente está apartada.
A otros clubes que he ido generalmente sellas el boleto de estacionamiento y sale menor el costo, pero aquí no, pagas el precio normal de la plaza.
The facilities are good, between 6-7 in the afternoon there are few people, you can use the devices without problem. Everything looks clean and the staff is friendly. I do not love that the pool is so visible to everyone else, in other branches it is usually secluded.
