★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El área de pesas, cardio, squash, box, etc. bastante bien, la zona de baños y regaderas muy descuidadas y de mal aspecto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La siguiente reseña parte desde mi mas sincero punto de vista y no es con el objetivo de causar daños o molestias, simplemente informar de la verdad a aquellos que les importa en donde entrenan.
De todos los gimnasios que he ido, este en particular tiene a los socios más maleducados y desordenados.
El staff desde siempre ha tenido un desapego a su trabajo y más ahora en tiempos de pandemia, se supone que son ellos los que deben de reforzar las normas de seguridad y sana distancia y son ellos los primeros en quitarse el cubrebocas y platicar con los socios( que de igual manera se quitan la mascara).
Aunado a lo anterior puedo comentar que el staff tiene un gran desinterés en mantener el orden de los equipos en el gimnasio, constantemente vas a perder tiempo buscando esa otra pesa que te falta para tu ejercicio.
Los administrativos son excelentes personas y ellos si demuestran que su trabajo requiere orden y seriedad.
Si te consideras una persona demasiado paciente y acostumbrada a un desorden nunca antes visto, este, de todos los sports world, es tu gym ideal.

Of all the gyms I've been to, this one in particular has the rudest and most untidy partners.
The staff has always had a detachment from their work and more now in times of pandemic, it is assumed that they are the ones who must reinforce the safety and healthy distance rules and they are the first to remove the mask and talk with the partners (that in the same way they remove the mask).
In addition to the above, I can comment that the staff has a great lack of interest in maintaining the order of the equipment in the gym, you are constantly going to waste time looking for that other weight that you lack for your exercise.
The administrative staff are excellent people and they do show that their work requires order and seriousness.
If you consider yourself too patient and used to a disorder never seen before, this, of all the sports world, is your ideal gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gimnasio muy bonito excelentes instalaciones el precio es alto pero lo vale la atención de los empleados es buena me tocaron dos empleadas mal carácter pero sus problemas tendrán. Todo lo demás muy bueno ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo he visitado en dos ocasiones ahora en tiempo de COVID debes usar mascarilla todo el tiempo. Puedes hacer cardio y usar las pesas. Las regaderas están disponibles para su su uso y te pueden dar toalla en la recepción si la solicitas. Hay toallas desinfectantes para limpiar el equipo. Pasa una persona a rociar los equipos con un líquido. Puedes usar los lockers. Las mancuernas tienen un recubrimiento de plástico rígido que gira , esto no me gustó ya que no permite tener un buena agarre y la mancuerna puede girar cuando la mueves. Solo hay un rack de peso libre , creo debería haber más. Las instalaciones están limpias , pero los usuarios no regresan las pesas a su lugar, ni descargan las máquinas al terminar de usarlas, creo que el staff debería reforzar esto con los usuarios. Tiene muy buen tamaño el club y hay varios equipos. La alberca está funcionando. Si regresaría.

The dumbbells have a rigid plastic coating that rotates, I did not like this as it does not allow a good grip and the dumbbell can rotate when you move it. There is only one free weight rack, I think there should be more. The facilities are clean, but the users do not return the weights to their place, nor do they unload the machines when they finish using them, I think the staff should reinforce this with the users. The club has a very good size and there are several teams. The pool is working. If I would return.
