★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las chicas de recepción son muy lentas para atender a la gente y cuando por fin atienden son groseras. Es tan poco apto el sistema que hay que pasar a formarse y registrarse aún con membresía. Las regaderas tienen un fuerte olor a caño y están sucias todo el tiempo.
Pésimo
The reception girls are very slow to attend to people and when they finally attend they are rude. The system is so unsuitable that you have to go to training and register even with membership. The showers have a strong smell of sewage and are dirty all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visit Sports World whenever we visit Queretaro. The facility is on par (or better) than our gyms in Dallas, Texas. The staff is friendly, the machines are clean and new, and the equipment is well organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I do not live in QRO, I travel there about once every two months. Great gym for visits (will definitely consider a membership if I lived there). Offers lockers and has a full shower service. Clean, organized, and greatly located.
Update on Feb 2022. I ended up getting a membership.
Gym still excellent as of April 2022. They follow COVID protocol.
