★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bueno, pero la atención muy mala, no me supieron explicar bien si podía usar mis pases o no, NO me querian dar acceso teniendo pase all clubs!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas instalaciones, el acceso es muy protocolario estaría mejor q fuera más dinámico, las clases y los maestros son agradables, el personal es atento pero sus sistemas para dar de alta a los usuarios o checar cualquier detalle es bastante deficiente, es un área de mejora, la piscina impecable, los vestidores limpios el área de cardio tienen muchas máquinas, el área de peso solo tienen lo básico, tienen un área de box pero es de broma, ( no está ni delimitada) tiene un área de escalada y está agradable, los niños se divierten mucho, te recomendó llevar tus toallas te proporcionan en la recepcion pero a veces tardan en dar la atención, las clases grupales son agradables y tienen muy buena organización ya que se tienen q reservar las clases vía internet y son espacios no saturados, en general buena atención, no es una mensualidad barata en familia baja un poco el precio, hay instructores generales para los equipos de peso pero no te ensañan bien , solo lo básico yo creo que lo hacen para q pidas un entrenador personalizado, estaría bien que pusieran más atención a los usuarios en cuanto a técnica y peso de los equipos, otra área de oportunidad ya q en su mayoría el aforo es de gente medio fresa q no le sabe al 100% el uso de los equipos.
