Spin bikes and pilates reformer rooms. Some boxing and trx training and various aerobic/yoga like lessons available. Ample weight training anf stretching areas.
No pool.
Convenient locker rooms with sauna and steam rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here and got quoted a price for a monthly membership that was acceptable, so I left and gave the required 30 day notice at the gym I had been attending and paid an 850 peso penalty for quitting. Then, when I contacted the manager at Sports World about signing up, he told me my membership price had almost doubled. I'm suspicious that what happened to me was a scam. I've never heard of membership fees, especially ones already so much more expensive than their competitors, nearly doubling over the course of a couple of weeks. That's not how business is conducted. That's how fraud is conducted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving them a 2 star because I had a bad experience with the manager today. I paid for the day and everything was great until they shut off the gym halfway through my workout. I never imagined the gym would close at 5 pm on Saturday, specially because when I paid (at 4 pm) they didn't tell me they were closing soon. Anyways, music got turned off so I rushed to the showers and got told it was time to go by the janitor. I talked to the manager about it and she refused to let me shower nor let me in the next day as a courtesy. Definitely didn't feel welcomed and didn't like their customer service. The gym is great though, just be aware they close early on Saturdays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New and decent equipment. The hours are a bit strange as they close at 2 pm on a Sunday and the pricing is very high for what they are providing. In New York I pay $35 USD for a similar experience at Blink Fitness. The prices at Sports World are nearly triple that. Smart Fit is about the same price for an entire year as it is for one month at Sports World. Consider your options.
Advice to management: you're not Equinox, your pricing should reflect that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular gym and workout place, there is no swimming pool and the locker room and sauna are small but does the job. The sya in general are overwhelmed and unnecessarily strict but is fine for a quick routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website has bugs and an image of a reception desk, no info, not going all the way there without having some idea of cost. Will join energy fitness as they make it easy and the website is working. I would be embarrassed if i had a company with a super buggy and faulty website
