★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradable lugar, tiene un área de cardio bastante grande y con unas vistas hacia el exterior del inmueble. Tiene para prácticar tiros de golf pero, ojo, te prestan las pelotitas más no los palos, esos los.tienes que llevar tú, la piscina es de buen tamaño

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, me ofrecieron una promoción para reactivar mi membresía y que después de dos meses empezara mi cuota normal, al final nunca programaron mi tarjeta de crédito para que el pago se hiciera automáticamente, y después tenía una deuda y tenía que volver a reactivar mi membresía, me ofrecieron otra promoción para no pagar mi deuda… la verdad muy mala experiencia por falta de su organización. Después vine a cancelar mi membresía y me tuvieron esperando 20 minutos porque al parecer solo hay 1 persona que puede darte de baja.
Terrible customer service, they offered me a promotion to reactivate my membership and that after two months my normal fee would start, in the end they never programmed my credit card so that the payment would be made automatically, and then I had a debt and had to go back to reactivate my membership, they offered me another promotion so as not to pay my debt... the truth is, a very bad experience due to the lack of your organization. Then I came to cancel my membership and they kept me waiting for 20 minutes because apparently there is only 1 person who can unsubscribe you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó la distribución de las máquinas. Hay suficiente espacio entre máquinas y tiene muy buen tamaño. Esta funcionando casi todo, se puede hacer cardio, se puede usar el vapor, se pueden usar las regaderas. Y hay gente que está limpiando los equipos para mantener limpio. Lo único que cambiaría son los wipes porque se secan muy rápido, y tuve que usar varios para limpiar cuando terminaba de usar una máquina.
I loved the layout of the machines. There is enough space between machines and it is very good size. Almost everything is working, you can do cardio, you can use steam, you can use the showers. And there are people who are cleaning equipment to keep it clean. The only thing I would change is the wipes because they dry very fast, and I had to use several to clean when I was done using a machine.
