When I entered the gym about a year ago, I was delighted with the facilities and the classes. It's an expensive gym but it seemed like it was worth it until a couple of months ago. Little by little I have seen how the facilities deteriorate, the equipment to do certain exercises is poorly placed or has not been repaired for months. The halls and bathrooms are getting dirtier every day. The pool was several weeks with the boiler broken, so the water was frozen, and this also happened in their showers. And now in the middle of the hot season (37° C), the air conditioning in all the rooms has broken down and they haven't fixed it for more than a month, it's like going to the sauna to exercise. For all this, the managers with whom I had to speak only give you the long haul, "that next week", "that there is almost left" and the only thing they do is put a fan in each room, which does not cover what is needed at all. . I give it a 2-star rating because the trainers are very good and trained, but it is not worth paying the monthly fee they charge you for a place in deplorable conditions. There are better gyms for just over half what they charge you here.

Very bad, it cannot be that there is not even hot water in the showers, they offer a steam bath and a pool, the pool is 24 degrees cold and there is no hot water in the showers. How can it be that such a large corporation has these failures and that almost 3 months have passed and they do not give the service, no date when it will be restored, but how about charging!!!!
