★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de los de mostrador, se les olvida meter tu pedido a producción, solo te contestan que esos errores pasan, no te entregan a tiempo, al teléfono atienden muy tajantes como si tu les hicieras y su calidad de impresión no es la misma, las tintas se quedan embarradas.
Terrible attention from the counter, they forget to put your order into production, they only answer that those errors happen, they do not deliver you on time, they answer the phone very bluntly as if you made them and their print quality is not the same, inks get muddy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención las 2 chicas siempre están con sus caras y en el celular son muy déspotas al atender , les marcas para ver si recibieron el diseño y ficha de pago, Jamás contestan el teléfono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardan horas en responder, y cuando por fin responden es de mala gana. La atención en el lugar con jetas. Y por si fuera poco, se toman la libertad de modificar los diseños sin autorización, me entregaron algo diferente a lo que yo pedí.
Terrible service, they take hours to respond, and when they finally respond it is reluctantly. The attention in the place with mugs. And if that wasn't enough, they take the liberty of modifying the designs without authorization, they gave me something different than what I asked for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El problema de tener una gran cadena de distribución es cuando no sabes cómo administrarla. Es una lata pagar puntual y que te salgan con que tu trabajo está en otra sucursal o debes esperar a que te lo traigan.
He sido cliente por 3 años y en los últimos meses el servicio de producción ha sido pésimo, sin mencionar que los precios subieron casi un 50% en offset. Sin embargo el servicio de atención al cliente presencial es "bueno" en lo general, por Whatsapp ni contestan.
The problem with having a large distribution chain is when you don't know how to manage it. It's a hassle to pay on time and be told that your work is in another branch or you have to wait for it to be brought to you.
I have been a customer for 3 years and in the last few months the production service has been lousy, not to mention that the prices have gone up almost 50% in offset. However, the face-to-face customer service is "good" in general, they don't even answer on WhatsApp.
