★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo tienen la intención de dar bien servicio, lamentablemente mi experiencia no fue la mejor. No quedó bien ajustada, parecía que no le hicieron nada en el servicio a la bicicleta. El poste se mueve, el balero del poste estaba roto, no estaba engrasada correctamente, los frenos no estaban bien ajustados, la cadena pegaba con el desviador. Espero mejoren el servicio y si ofrecen entrega de 24 horas que sea muy minuciosa la inspección y el ajuste.
I believe they intend to provide good service, unfortunately my experience was not the best. It did not fit well, it seemed that they did not do anything in the service to the bicycle. The post is moving, the post bearing was broken, it was not greased properly, the brakes were not properly adjusted, the chain was hitting the derailleur. I hope they improve the service and if they offer 24 hour delivery that the inspection and adjustment will be very thorough.
