★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron esperar demasiado tiempo exigen que llegues a la hora de tu cita pero te atienden 20 minutos despues y luego la chica que te esta atendiendo te deja para ir a atender a 2 clientes aparte de ti y ni siquiera a terminado de aplicarte totalmente El tratamiento una verdadera falta de respeto hacia el cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es en el segundo piso de una casa, está diferente la fachada al mapa. Deben de sacar cita y dar el 50% de anticipo del tratamiento que se deseen hacer. En cuestión del personal una parte es amable. El lugar está bastante bien y con una vista increíble. Me realice la keratina, aproximadamente dos horas siento que me ha quedado mejor en otro lugar, pero puede ser mi tipo de cabello. En cuanto la duración me compré el kit de mantenimiento (aprox 300) y siento que se mantiene el control de frizz. Fui con otra acompañante que fue su primera vez y le encantó, igual había tenido más recomendaciones de ellos.

As I bought the duration maintenance kit (approx 300) and feel that frizz control is maintained. Los recomiendo. 4 estrellitas porque no cuentan con aire acondicionado, más que en el área de recepción por lo que mueres de calor ? sobre todo por la ubicación, donde pega directo el sol; aunque por el trabajo sí vale la pena pasar un poco de calor ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por fuera no hay anuncio o indicador de que este alli el salón, ya adentro si hay su letrero de sr Melena, el producto es bueno pero no los chicos que aplican, tanto en "recepcion" como en "aplicacion" las instalaciones aunque guardadas del ojo exterior estan muy bonitas por dentro.
Es dificil para la gente que es primera vez o no esta tan familiarizada con los tratamientos para embellecer el cabello , ya que al menos el que me atendió me hizo sentir poco bien recibida.
On the outside there is no advertisement or indicator that the room is there, and inside if there is your sign of Mr. Melena, the product is good but not the guys who apply, both in "reception" and in "application" the facilities although kept from the outer eye they are very beautiful inside.
It is difficult for people who are first time or are not so familiar with the treatments to beautify the hair, since at least the one who treated me made me feel unwelcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay so this place is amazing! I was super surprised when I went to get my haircut. It has air hockey tables and TVs to keep kids entertained. My haircut was great, the barber took his time and made sure to cut my hair how I wanted. My wife was so impressed with this place she went back a few days later and got her haircut and was very happy with it. I have been back to this place 3 or 4 times and my wife even got her hair colored her. The prices are also super reasonable for this level of salon. My haircut was only $100 pesos. I do suggest making an appointment though and plan to be here awhile they take their time.
