★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercado pagó es mejor la terminal con recibos cuesta menos de 2000 pesos y con los problemas que les ahorra se paga sola, esta de sr. Pago es un asco pésima atención, perdí cobros, no hay soluciones, no arriesguen su trabajo por unos pocos pesos, esta aplicación es lo más inútil que pueden comprar.
 Mercado paid is better the terminal with receipts costs less than 2000 pesos and with the problems it saves them it pays for itself, this one from mr. Payment is disgusting, terrible attention, I lost payments, there are no solutions, do not risk your work for a few pesos, this application is the most useless thing you can buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ya van 5 meses dese que empezamos a usarlo y no nos hacen la transferencia de nuestro dinero, primero salieron que teniamos que tener la cantidad de $15,000.00 para que nos puedan hacer el primer depósito, llegamos arriba de dicha cantidad, hablamos para que nos hicieran la transferencia, y ahora resulta que tenemos que hacer una carta para cliente donde nos firme una carta aceptación del cobro. De pura suerte fue un cliente local, si fuera una venta en linea, imaginense el problemon, y hasta es fecha que no nos pagan.
Terrible service, it's been 5 months since we started using it and they don't transfer our money to us, first they found out that we had to have the amount of $15,000.00 so that they can make the first deposit, we got above that amount, we talked so that They made the transfer to us, and now it turns out that we have to write a letter for the client where he signs a letter accepting the payment. By sheer luck it was a local client, if it was an online sale, imagine the problem, and to date they don't pay us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up with Sr.pago in March of 2016. I used the account a few times, until I went to use the card. When I sat down with Oscar Vazquez, he stated the process of using the card was very easy and that if I had any trouble to contact him because he spoke English. I submitted the forms, my identification, the card front and back and provided him a utility bill in July. Since I have attempted to use the card on 4 different occasions and it has been DECLINED. I have emailed him 3x with NO RESPONSE. I have sent emails in both English and Spanish with no response. My conclusions is that Oscar lied to get my business and truly can not communicate with me or he is just negligent with his clients. SEÑOR PAGO I want my money out of the account and I want a refund for my original purchase. I have already stopped using the terminal as I am afraid I will never gain access to my money. What a disappointment it has been!
In addition I was sent the form signed to Oscar and he didn't even take the time to check for my signature he responded 2x that I did not sign both pages when in fact they were signed
