★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El menú es novedoso. He comprado en un par de ocasiones y con experiencias muy distintas.. es como lanzar una moneda al aire. Puede ser con buena atención, rapidez y unas papas en su punto. Otras veces las papas están sobrecocidas y algunas se ven quemadas o por entregar rápido se sienten duras porque no están por dentro y al morder queda el sabor de aceite en la boca.
Les recomendaría tener un estándar y freidoras con temporizador. En las pantallas el menú lo cambian por otras imágenes tan rápido que se necesita esperar que vuelva a aparecer para ver qué opción elegir, si pudieran tener un QR con el menú, una carta o dejarlo más tiempo estaría muy bien.
The menu is new. I bought a couple of occasions and with very different experiences .. is like throwing a coin into the air. It can be with good service, speed and some potatoes ready. Sometimes the potatoes are overcooked and some are burned or deliver fast feel hard because they are not inside and biting flavor oil remains in the mouth.
I would recommend having a standard and fryers timer. On the menu screens change it for other images so fast that you need to wait to reappear to see which option to choose, if they could have a QR with the menu, a letter or leave more time would be fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen sabor, amé que no se siente el aceite cuando las comes, ambos aderezos y salsas muy ricos. Tienen la opción de agregar sal al gusto, lo que a mí parecer es muy bueno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excelente lugar para encontrar papas a la francesa con un estilo diferente, las sirven en cono y tienen una gran variedad de salsas, condimentos o aderezos y algunos extras muy ricos. Apto para todos los paladares, servicio amables y el lugar luce limpio y con mucha personalidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El producto no es malo, sin embargo la atención de los empleados deja mucho qué desear, la primera vez que nos atendieron mal nos dijeron que estaba descompuesta una freidora, cuando volvimos a pasar a los 15 minutos ya estaban saliendo clientes con papas, lo sentimos como que fue pretexto porque estaban jugando entre ellos.
El día de hoy fuimos de nuevo, se pagó con un billete de $500, nos dijo el empleado que nos daría puras monedas en cambio y dijimos que no había problema, a lo cual se limitó a decir que lo dejaríamos sin cambio y solamente extendió el billete de vuelta, cabe mencionar que cuando llegamos al igual que la vez anterior estaban en plena plática y de paso uno de ellos con el cubreboca abajo y tocándose la nariz.
Ojalá pongan atención en el servicio al cliente.
The product is not bad, however the attention of the employees leaves much to be desired, the first time they treated us badly they told us that a fryer was broken, when we went back after 15 minutes customers were already leaving with potatoes, we are sorry like it was an excuse because they were playing with each other.
Today we went again, we paid with a $500 bill, the employee told us that he would give us only coins in exchange and we said that there was no problem, to which he limited himself to saying that we would leave it without change and only extended the return ticket, it is worth mentioning that when we arrived, just like the previous time, they were in the middle of a conversation and incidentally one of them with his face mask down and touching his nose.
I hope they pay attention to customer service.
