Aunque tiene algunos operadores de sus unidades no aptos en cuestión de servicio a los pasajeros... precisamente me tocó una mala experiencia el sábado pasado.. llegamos a San Juan de los Lagos..el chófer nos dice...nos vamos tres cincuenta para que estén a la hora... llegamos tres cincuenta y el autobús se había ido.. preguntamos a la señora de la tienda del estacionamiento y nos comenta que el chófer seguido hace eso.. que incluso ya tiene varias quejas la empresa... bueno pues llamo a la oficina y les digo que nos dejó el autobús...la persona que me contesta me dice que no me preocupé que tome un taxi para alcanzar el autobús y que ellos pagarán el costo del mismo...y bueno esa es mi experiencia en la empresa sra Mary ...
Good evening...the price is reasonable...the service is good...Although it has some operators of its units that are not suitable in terms of passenger service...I had a bad experience last Saturday...we arrived at San Juan de los Lagos... the driver tells us... we're leaving at three fifty so they can be on time... we arrived at three fifty and the bus had left... we asked the lady at the store in the parking lot and she told us that the driver often does that... that the company already has several complaints... well, I call the office and tell them that the bus left us... the person who answers tells me that I didn't worry that I should take a taxi to reach the bus and that they will pay the cost of it... and well that is my experience in the company Mrs. Mary...
