★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper eficiente y rápido el trámite, llegue y a los 20 minutos ya me habían entregado mi pasaporte, las chicas súper amables en su trato a los usuarios.

Lo que podrían mejorar es el tiempo para el trámite, son muchos filtros y al momento de la entrega del pasaporte respetar los turnos, porque entregan el documento primero a personas que estaban en fila después que uno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se respeta el horario con cita como debería de ser, es mejor que asistas una media hora antes del horario de tu cita, vas a esperar unas dos horas para recibir tu pasaporte
The schedule with an appointment is not respected as it should be, it is better that you attend half an hour before the time of your appointment, you will wait about two hours to receive your passport

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué dos horas antes de mi cita pensando qué tal vez podría adelantar pero el horario se respeto, el trámite en realidad fue muy rápido, el personal en su mayoría eficiente, amable y dedicado, una oficina de gobierno en la que no tardarás mucho tiempo y el pasaporte me lo entregaron de inmediato (renovación).
I arrived two hours before my appointment thinking maybe I could move forward but the schedule was respected, the procedure was really fast, the staff mostly efficient, friendly and dedicated, a government office where you will not be too long and the passport was delivered to me immediately (renewal).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora el servicio es mas rapido,Les recomiendo hacer la cita y sines renovation de pasaporte hacer el llenado de nombre,direccion etc en linea antes de la cita.
Now the service is faster, I recommend making the appointment and without passport renewal fill in the name, address, etc. online before the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención de parte del personal, tanto en puerta como en trámite. Vinimos a sacar el pasaporte de nuestro hijo de 10 meses, hicimos cita en línea y resulta que hay dos filas en las oficinas, una para los que hicieron cita en línea y la otra para los que hicieron cita por teléfono la cuál avanza de manera más rápida porque obvio son menos personas las que lo hicieron así... No tienen aire acondicionado, está sucio, lo llenan de gente, pero obviamente nadie los va a clausurar... Nos pidieron que saliéramos de las oficinas porque nuestro hijo hacía mucho ruido llorando, en vez de tener un módulo más rápido para niños pequeños... Pésimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arcade process. The place is dirty small and crowded avarege 50 people on a 30m2 place. There are lines every where, you need to take into account that you will spend your entire day for getting a passport. Even though there about 17 workers. (3 people inspecting your document, 6 people processing data and 8 people taking pictures) out of the 17 workers only 3 or 4 seems to be working. They don't have any automatic system you get one information from one person other information from the Internet other when you are in the office.
