E	Ernie Aguirre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper amables y excelente servicio, llegamos un día sin cita y nos pasaron para hacerla vía telefónica, la señorita que nos atendió hizo prácticamente todo, al día siguiente regresamos ya con la cita hecha y quien recibe los documentos ayudo a mi suegra a llenar todo y de manera cordial, las copias que tuvieron que sacar de nuestros documentos no las cobran y todo el personal hacía su trabajo eficientemente. Super friendly and excellent service, we arrived one day without an appointment and they passed us by to do it by phone, the lady who attended us did practically everything, the next day we returned with the appointment already made and whoever receives the documents helped my mother-in-law to fill out everything and cordially, the copies they had to make of our documents are not charged and all the staff did their jobs efficiently.

a	ana gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, la chica que revisa los documentos muy déspota y grosera, la cita la tenía a las 9:30am llegue a las 9:00 am tenía la ficha número 6 eran las 12:00pm y aún no me tocaba mi turno había mucha aglomeración de personas pues ya tenían hasta la ficha 32 lo único que nos decían es que tenían fallas en el sistema, la persona que estaba realizando el trámite dijo que era nuevo e intentaban solucionar el problema pero nadie se veía que hiciera nada por ayudar a resolverlo.
