★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima la atención, la chica del sistema de asistencia social todo el tiempo hablando por teléfono, Como que de beria estar en conmutador, y el DIF solo para que te anoten y den cita para credencial del INAPAM mas de una hora sin haber aglomeración, muy deficiente el servicio a la ciudadanía, quien depende de la dirección del adulto mayor.
Terrible attention, the girl from the social assistance system all the time talking on the phone, as if she should be on the switchboard, and the DIF just to sign you up and make an appointment for an INAPAM credential for more than an hour without being crowded, very poor service to citizens, who depend on the direction of the older adult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a un tramite para el INAPAM y teníamos cita llegamos 10 minutos antes de nuestra cita y pasaron a varios señores que ni tenían cita fuimos casi la última cita , deberían respetar un poco eso fuera de eso el tramite fue muy rápido y el personal es amable.
We went to a process for the INAPAM and we had an appointment we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment and went to several gentlemen who did not even have an appointment, they should have a little bit of that, the process was very fast and the staff is friendly .
