★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa de publicidad digital, las áreas creativas, administrativas y finanzas aparentemente son funcionales, área de operaciones, coordinación de mantenimiento se usa la microgestion por parte del gerente del area, se percibe su falta de confianza al empleado, excesivo control a la forma de trabajo y a los detalles en vez de valorar el panorama global del proyecto, se usan indicadores que como tal no son KPIs que midan un verdadero desempeño de la atención al cliente a lo largo del tiempo, horarios de trabajo excesivos y sin pago de tiempo extra, no hay delegación de tareas bien definidas, se percibe que roles de algunos empleados hacen todo y otros sólo esperando resultados.
