About St Andrew's Anglican Church
Since 1954 the congregation has experienced steady growth, reflected in our current physical plant and in the host of outreach and mission activities for which St. Andrew’s is locally renowned. Through the years, St. Andrew’s has evolved into its present status as a parish of the Anglican Diocese of Western Mexico—a constituent of the world-wide Anglican Communion—serving a retirement, vacation, and resort area that includes about 20,000 Canadians, Americans, and others during the “high” season. Our physical plant has also grown, so that in addition to the primary worship space seating around 150, there is a new kitchen, rector’s office and choir rehearsal facility, a rectory, a garden, and columbarium, a small parking lot, and an all-purpose hall.
