Contraté un paquete para dos masajes de 80 minutos con aceite y piedras calientes un sábado, lo dejé pagado. Solo conseguí la última cita a las 3:30 por nuestras actividades. Fue un paquete para mi novio y yo, para acompañarlo. Fue un regalo porque en verdad quise reconocerle todo el trabajo y días muy pesados que tuvo esa semana con ese regalo. Sin embargo , mi molestia es porque la ejecución y manejo de circunstancias en su masaje estuvo fatal! Lejos de relajarlo , su terapeuta se mostró desinteresada en brindar un servicio de calidad. 1. No ajustó su cabezal, o no servía ya que se salía de su lugar generando lastimaduras faciales a mi novio por estar contra las barras de metal varias ocasiones y a pesar de que mi novio le indicó que se deslizaba en voz baja, pues no me di cuenta, ella solo lo empujaba con su pelvis para recorrerlo , al menos tres veces. Mi novio permaneció tenso y muy molesto por eso, pero por educación ya no le dijo nada. Trató de relajarse para no estropear el momento , ya que vió que yo si estaba relajada. La terapeuta de mi novio a mitad de su masaje dejó de hacer presión , ya solo estaba deslizando las manos muy superficial y mi novio se percató de que estaba de pie recargada en una pierna. Al parecer no tenía intención de realizar un masaje confortable . Pues éramos los últimos y lejos de relajarlo con su ejecución , el deseaba que terminara pronto esa incomodidad. Yo me enteré de ésto hasta salir porque en verdad lo noté serio. Lo peor es que llamé para buscar hablar con la persona encargada y hacerle saber mi feedback pensando que les importaría corregir esa situación. Pero la respuesta fue tan escueta con un " Ay, cuánto lo siento! , la próxima vez que nos visiten me encargaré de que todo sea perfecto" . No sentí nada de interés en mi feedback, no sé si una persona cubra a la otra pero eso no funciona para mejorar, siempre justificó a la terapeuta. Sinceramente pienso que les está faltando mucho la calidad de servicio, y en verdad me gustaba ir a ese lugar. Claro que no volverá a haber una siguiente ocasión. The worst thing is that I called to seek to speak with the person in charge and let him know my feedback thinking that they would care to correct that situation. But the answer was so concise with a "Oh, I'm so sorry!, the next time you visit us I'll make sure everything is perfect". I did not feel anything of interest in my feedback, I do not know if one person covers the other but that does not work to improve, he always justified the therapist. I honestly think that they are lacking a lot in quality of service, and I really liked going to that place. Of course there won't be a next time.
