Acudí a consulta de traumatologia y el servico del doctor estuvo bien, sin problema.
El servicio de las chicas de recepcion es el que no es nada bueno. Fue un lío que me pudieran cobrar, todo el proceso duró mas de 30 minutos y el trato no fue nada amable, parecia que la chica ya se quería ir de allí. No se ve organización . Acudí a sesiones de fisioterapia por tratamiento, sin embargo un día por temas de trabajo no pude asistir y aunque hable en la mañana para moverla (la sesion es hasta las 6pm), no lo hicieron y se perdió. Las sesiones no son nada economicas. Me pareció una falta total de atención al cliente
 Terrible service at reception
I went to the trauma clinic and the doctor's service was fine, no problem.
The service of the girls at the reception is not good at all. It was a mess that they could charge me, the whole process lasted more than 30 minutes and the treatment was not friendly at all, it seemed that the girl already wanted to leave. There is no organization. I went to physiotherapy sessions for treatment, however one day due to work issues I could not attend and although I spoke in the morning to move her (the session is until 6pm), they did not do it and she was lost. The sessions are not cheap at all. I found a total lack of customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una clínica pequeña a la que te remiten las aseguradoras para revisión después de un accidente automovilístico, el problema es que no hay doctor que atienda (aunque diga ser atención 24hrs)
Aunque no es para atender urgencias, si llegas durante la madrugada, tendras que esperar a las 8am para ser atendido.
It is a small clinic that insurers refer you to for a check-up after a car accident, the problem is that there is no doctor to attend (although it says it is 24-hour care)
Although it is not for emergencies, if you arrive at dawn, you will have to wait until 8am to be attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco de servicio ,acudimos a que revisarán a dos pacientes de un choque automovilístico, ahí nos mando la aseguradora Afirme , y resulta que llego a las 18:30 y no contaban con médico ,que llegaba en 3 horas y mis pacientes con mucho dolor ,nadie se presento aún que sea la enfermera para checar sus signos vitales ,un asco de servicio, como es q tienen abierta su disque clínica si no hay un médico responsable ,eso es negligencia ,y el personal de ahí burlón, sin ayudarte ,sólo se lavan las manos de que no hay médico..un asco de servicio . Sólo acudimos ahi por que la aseguradora nos envió pero pésimo servicio.
