Jamas en la vida vuelvo a ir a esta pastelería(1era y ultima vez) Pastelería fea no tiene nada que ofrecer..ni servicio ni productos...el servicio el peor que he vivido en toda mi vida...de mala gana preguntas por algo y parece que te están haciendo un favor...si nosotros somos los que les hacemos un favor al ir a sus instalaciones tan feas para comprar sus pasteles que aparte están caros para el producto que venden.
Solo por último a todas las personas dejen de ir a este lugar para que ya no les sigan poniendo mala cara y mal servicio por parte de estas personas......
 The worst service of my life.
Never in my life will I go to this bakery again (1st and last time) Ugly bakery has nothing to offer...neither service nor products...the service is the worst I have experienced in my entire life...reluctantly ask questions for something and it seems that they are doing you a favor...if we are the ones who are doing them a favor by going to their ugly facilities to buy their cakes that are also expensive for the product they sell.
Just lastly all the people stop going to this place so that they no longer continue to pout and bad service from these people......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un pedido para un pastel para 30 personas, pero es una pena que no se tomen la molestia de al menos comprar el recipiente para cubrirlo o te avisen para que tu lo consideres. Al igual que muchas personas de las cuales veo sus comentarios coincido que su servicio es fatal , las chicas poco amables y atentas.
Definitivamente no creo volver a acudir y que triste que los dueños no consideren a sus clientes
I placed an order for a cake for 30 people, but it's a shame they don't bother to at least buy the container to cover it or let you know for your consideration. Like many people of whom I see their comments, I agree that their service is fatal, the girls are unkind and attentive.
I definitely do not think I will go again and how sad that the owners do not consider their customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que vengo es una decepción en el trato al cliente, empleadas cero atentas y super apáticas, regreso únicamente porque el pastel de PIÑÓN es delicioso y le encanta a mi mamá , no así el de ZANAHORIA. En cuanto consiga una mejor opción dejaré de venir.
Whenever I come it is a disappointment in customer service, zero attentive and super apathetic employees, I only return because the PINÓN cake is delicious and my mom loves it, but not the CARROT cake. As soon as I get a better option I'll stop coming.

El pan el riquísimo y los pasteles deliciosos. Todo es de excelente calidad.
Llevo muchos años comprando ahí y siempre me han atendido super bien.
El pastel Selva Alemana es delicioso, en realidad todos son buenísimos.

Amazing cakes and breads. One of our favorite cakes is from the black forest. Lemon pancakes are wonderful. All super rich and always a good service.
