not like a hotel they are like apartments I stayed at this hotel no breakfast no swimming pool just speak Square apartment rooms My Sim card in my private bag and a little private book I add went missing from my room I didn't really feel safe they Great points all the washing machine kitchen everything feels to be working good great wi-Fi But overall like a very ghostly vibe It's not really like hotels it's more like apartment I went for a walk to the near park Some dodgy Scooty guard try to follow me I quickly walk And he pointed at something in a bag

Nice, but it's not FLAT itself. Most of the rooms do not have a full kitchen...

They need help and/or training. I came home after a long day ready to shower and go to bed to face another long day tomorrow. When I opened the door there was a weird noise that I could not place. When I identified the sound I was horrified. My hand blender was in the sink broken and still on. My mom bought me a package of blends for Christmas and it came with the blender. How did housekeeping think this was going to go? Next time they shouldn’t touch anything if they don’t know what it is. For days I have been without Ethernet. I ended up buying office space, which defeats renting a hotel room suite with a wall so you can have private space to work. Had I known ahead of time I would have booked a standard room at a reduced rate. The room was supposed to come with a kettle. It took them over a day to deliver it. This was supposed to be standard and included. I was charged by their partner restaurant for taking food to go. I have never seen this happen in Canada, America, the Caribbean, France or London. It took hours to check in. (Maybe they should have removed the room from their inventory. Someone sent me an email that my room was subject to availability, which should have been a red flag but I didn’t see the email until the next day. How is a room subject to availability if it is already booked?) My suite is cheaper elsewhere. For the money I’m paying I shouldn’t have to endure the ridiculousness. There are two workers at the front desk who are awesome. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. Update: the hotel offered to replace the frother or hand blender as an apology and let me check out early. Changing to 4 stars.
