★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es un hotel, no Airbnb! Es un residencial… nada está cerca, no es accesible de llegar y no puedes hacer uso de nada porque tienes que acatar las reglas del condominio y están prohibidas para quienes no habitan ahí. Pésima elección!
Not a hotel or Airbnb! Residencial apartments, not accesible at all to anywhere, you'll have to rent a car or use taxis everywhere. You can't use any of the amenities since they're forbidden to anyone no living there... wrong choice!
Not a hotel, not Airbnb! It is a residential… nothing is close, it is not accessible to get there and you cannot use anything because you have to abide by the rules of the condominium and they are prohibited for those who do not live there. Terrible choice!

Fui con reservación airbnb, desde la entrada falta más actitud de servicio, pues para estacionarse cuesta mucho encontrar tu lugar, no hay señalización específica. Al llegar al depto la clave de la puerta "inteligente" no era la adecuada para el acceso, administración subió y ya nos dió otra para poder entrar. El lugar está padre, limpio, es frío, pues hay mucho ventanal, las amenidades están geniales solo que por tema de pandemia hay que agendar diariamente con tiempo estás. Hay canchas de tennis, paddel, al alberca techada climatizada, preciosa.
Area de juegos para jóvenes ( mesa de ping pong, futbolito, mesa de billar, videojuegos). Hay área para reuniones laborales. Ludoteca. Un área de cine también está padre pequeña para ti sola dónde eliges de toda las plataformas la peli que desea ver.
Yo creo que dentro del lugar puedes hacer uso perfecto de las áreas, debes llevar tu comida. La cocina está equipada pero eso sí nada de alimentos o insumos para esto o para la limpieza.
En general bien muy padre peeero deja mucho que desear la atención y servicio al cliente.
Adri la srita de administración es el único recurso humano que vale la pena, es muy gentil y la pobre anda dando vueltas por los edificios satisfaciendo las necesidades que faltan en los departamentos.
Tal vez regresaría a un lugar que ofrezca las mismas amenidades pero no ahí. Llegué tarde a mi check in y me fui un día antes de mi check out porque justo ese día nos avisaron se iría la luz de 2 a8pm. Decidimos irnos.

I went with an airbnb reservation, from the entrance there is a lack of service attitude, because it is very difficult to park to find your place, there is no specific signage. Upon arrival at the apartment, the "intelligent" door key was not adequate for access, administration went up and gave us another to enter. The place is great, clean, it's cold, because there are a lot of windows, the amenities are great, only because of the pandemic you have to schedule daily with time. There are tennis courts, paddle tennis, a beautiful heated indoor pool.
Play area for young people (ping pong table, foosball, pool table, video games). There is an area for business meetings. Playroom. A cinema area is also very small for you alone where you choose the movie you want to see from all the platforms.
I believe that within the place you can make perfect use of the areas, you must bring your food. The kitchen is equipped but that is no food or supplies for this or for cleaning.
In general, very good, but the attention and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Adri the administration lady is the only worthwhile human resource, she is very kind and the poor thing goes around the buildings satisfying the needs that are lacking in the departments.
Maybe I would go back to a place that offers the same amenities but not here. I arrived late for my check in and I left a day before my check out because just that day they told us the power would go out from 2 to 8pm. We decided to go.
