★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con lo acordado, entregan con baja calidad, no ponen atención a los detalles, hacen lo que quieren aunque les entregues un plano, no responden mensajes ni llamadas cuando los necesitas y bajo reclamos no dan la cara.

Nunca se aparecieron y nunca me regresaron mi dinero tampoco, dijeron que lo harían antes de que acabara el año pasado y sigo esperando. Ni Miguel ni Rodrigo contestaron mi último correo y mucho menos las llamadas. Cuidado con esta empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de su asesora de ventas Miriam Barrera, al igual que en la oficina ya que nadie responde y cuando logras comunicarte solo se tapan entre ellos sin darte apoyo con alguien mas alto al mando, quedando super mal con sus tiempos y fechas de entrega. La calidad del stand se termina viendo opacada por la pésima atención a clientes, no reponden los números 800, no hay nadie que te de una solución al momento, y aunque lo que instalan esta bien siempre termina faltando algo, un vinil, una luz, una caja etc, nunca esta completo. La vendedora Miriam Barrera se molesta porque la llamas porque no han hecho su trabajo, pero para los pagos esta disponible 24/7 y para dar soluciones a sus clientes se desaparece poniendo mil excusas con tal de no dar la cara dejando ver su falta de profesionalismo. Además de que su oficina para nada esta en la dirección que marca su página web, por lo que no hay manera de contactarlos ni en persona ni por teléfono, no se si los dueños no les importa ya que claramente esta en manos de un pésimo personal. Los supuestos encargados Miguel Azar y Diana Medina jamás dieron la cara, y si recepcionista Viviana nos atendió 2 ocasiones y ya después nada.
