Pésimo servicio, lleve mi máquina a arreglar porque me urgía y tardaron muchísimo en la revisión cuando al final ni la arreglaron porque iba a tardar casi un mes para que lo arreglaran. Cuando la voy a recoger veo que ya no cuenta con una pieza, les marcó y me dan largas y al final después de otras dos semanas nunca me resolvieron ni me regresaron mi pieza que se quedaron. En general pésimo servicio, 0% recomendado.
Terrible service, I took my machine to fix because it was urgent and they took a long time in the review when in the end they didn't fix it because it would take almost a month to fix it. Es un establecimiento que te estafa, te engaña, te cobra lo que no es en realidad, te hace presupuestos falsos, se tardan mucho en darte una respuesta, una pésima atención y no sé cuántas cosas más ubieran sucedido si dejo mi equipo a reparar con ellos, afortunadamente lo saque de ahí y lo lleve a reparar a otra parte y nada que ver con lo que ellos me decían que tenía mi equipo, les sugiero que lean todas las reseñas antes de que tengan contacto con ellos.

Lleve mis herramientas a reparación y unas refacciones que necesitaba y todo exelnte tenían todo lo que pedí y mis herramientas al 100 trabajando recomendado

Pésimo servicio. Lleve una esmeriladora Dewalt, acepte el presupuesto. Cuando la utilice se sobrecalento y olía a quemado. Nuevamente la lleve y me dijeron que ya no tenía garantía, para arreglarla me dieron un presupuesto muy caro. La lleve a otro taller y en mi presencia la desarmaron .... Y Sorpresa!! La armadura era la de fábrica ( usada, la descompuesta) o sea la MISMA nunca la cambiaron. " No son confiables" SON UNOS LADRONES!!!
Terrible service. Bring a Dewalt grinder, accept the quote. When I used it it overheated and smelled burnt. Son unos rateros me cobraron demaciado por arreglar un rotomartillo tardaron mas de 3 meses y jamas quedo aparte dan malisima atencion los que te atienden parece que vas a pedir regalado ponen su cara no lo recomendaria por nada del mundo

Pésimo servicio el peor de todos los centros de servicio black+decker, Stanley y dewalt deberían de tomar cartas en el asunto los empleados son muy graseros mentirosos te prometen una garantía que no cumplen te prometen que de 3 a 4 días tienen una respuesta para ver si es que entra en una garantía,no hicieron caso de la información que yo les brinde cuando lleve mi herramienta yo tengo un taller de autos y resulta que dice el técnico que la pistola que yo llevé seguro lleno garrafones de agua les mostré evidencia de que solo utilizo la pistola para enderezar una que otra facia de plástico de ligeros abollones Y me dicen como al los9 días o 12 que no procede mi garantía les pedí mi producto que yo me lo llevaría por lo que comprobé mi identidad con mi INE apartir del primer día que la lleve y para recogerla y me dijo la srta una vez que ya me la había entregado que se la permitiera tantito se molestó de que le Hiba a llevar a otro centro de servicio y me volvió a quitar noe quiso devolver y me dijo que hasta que llevará el número de folio una hoja sin velidez que me entregoSon unos rateros no me devolvieron nada regresare por ella

Cobro excesivo. Lástima que una marca buena quedé con mal servicio postventa. El costo me salía al 65% de una máquina nueva. Lo arregle fuera con 5%, con solo ajuste del switch y nada más apreté tornillos bien.

Fui por qué me hagan efectiva una garantía por una compra en Walmart, la sra Flores, me mal atendió, no he podido hacer efectiva la garantía, gracias a Black and Decker que lo está atendiendo en forma central por medio de su sistema after sales...me darán la garantía...
