★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una fábrica de Herramientas Stanley, que actualmente se ha unido a Black&Decker , están produciendo herramientas para ambas marcas en la planta de Puebla. Hay en la entrada un estacionamiento pequeño y tienes que registrarte para entrar. Si buscas un empleo, debes solicitar cita antes en RH o de lo contrario dejar tu CV en la caseta de policía con la leyenda para RH. Normalmente cuando hacen reclutamiento ponen un letrero en la entrada principal de la fábrica con los puestos que hay vacantes... Suerte ?☘️

En la calidad de sus Artículos, muy bien, ya qué según los expertos en el rubro, es la mejor empresa de herramientas con constante crecimiento, sus prestaciones son excelentes.
Asistí a entrevista y la actual reclutadora es pésima para ejecutar su cargo, no me duele qué me hayan rechazado, la verdad me vale madres ya que la vida se trata de cumplír ciertos requisitos para obtener un lugar específico. Pero en este caso particular es una de las muchos pesimos modos de selección de personal. Citan a las 6:45 am , te mantienen parado durante media hora o más, te ingresan a una sala comedor, con una actitud de capataces del siglo XVIII, las disque entrevista son súper flash y la verdad desconozco el perfil que buscan, ya que uno tras otro íbamos pasando y nos decía la Señorita al final que: "ahí nos estarían llamando". De los aproximadamente 10 personas que pasaron antes qué yo solamente 1 mujer le pidió que se quedara, obviamente para considerarla para su contratación, detalle curioso ya que la entrevista era grupal y todos escuchábamos las preguntas y respuestas realizadas. Muy mal en ese punto, el caso es que la chava ni experiencia en la industria tenía y no tenía el perfil de rudeza física que la entrevistadora exigía para ser candidatos a ser contratados.
Los guardias hacen bien su trabajo, bien por ellos.
Ojalá lo lea algún administrativo de COMPAÑIA planta Puebla, y tomen acción, por eso mismo no pueden acompletar su personal. De la voz de un chavo con quién converse, a su percepción es que sí le agradas a la de RH, tienes el trabajo y una vez que te dicen que te llamarán en el transcurso; estas descartado completamente.

Hopefully some administrative of the Puebla plant COMPAÑIA reads it, and take action, for that very reason they cannot complete their staff.
