El fracc mas de 1 año de vivir no contamos con servicios de televisión de paga, la empresa Stanza hace un arreglo con megacable para que nomas sean ellos los que entren a brindar servicio, Stanza no invierte en infraestructura para que diversas empresas de telecomunicaciones nos brinden el servicio, ademas que al adquirir tu casa duran mas de 2 meses o hasta mas para liberarlo osea no te puedes venir a vivir inmediatamente
