Decepcionado por la mala atención por parte de la administración de la constructora; muy mal servicio en cuanto a la entrega del área común: nadie trabaja en ella y es un cochinero, desorden en la colecta de basura, escombro tirado en calles y ya habemos varios condóminos viviendo y nos tratan pésimo los de "servicio al cliente". Esperemos que los altos ejecutivos pongan remedio a todas estas fallas.
I own a house in the Río Rucueva preserve. Disappointed by the poor attention on the part of the construction company's administration; very bad service in terms of the delivery of the common area: nobody works in it and is a pig, disorder in the garbage collection, rubble thrown in the streets and we already have several condominium owners living and the "customer service" treat us terrible. Hopefully senior executives will remedy all these flaws.
