★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad las casas son de mala calidad, pasa un canal casi enfrente de mi casa y siempre están corriendo aguas negras, sin contar que ahí una planta tratadora de aguas negras en medio del fraccionamiento, cuando preguntamos que era antes de comprar nos dijeron que era un centro de luz de la primavera. Cuando reportas algún desperfecto de la casa nunca te atiende...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parecio un buen lugar, las casas parecen bien hechas, esta muy poblado, lo cual me sorprendio, no parecia tan amplio, se ve tranquilo, como toda colonia tiene calles principales donde si hay trafico mas concurrido, pero es lo normal, no hay muchos negocios al parecer, solo lo mecesario, las luces del alumbrado publico son muy tenues, hay ruta de camiones, eata un poco alejado de la zona centro, pero hay supermercados muy cerca. No tengo idea de los costos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento regularmente cochino de sus calles. Cuando recién llegué se iba la luz al menos dos veces o más al mes de hasta más de 12 hras . El agua portable sale sucia y huele mal. Mucho robo habitacional . Han pasado cosas grabes. Casi dos meses sin alumbrado público. Casas echas con mala calidad. Taladrar un pequeño oyo para un cuadro y ya se callo y atrabezo media casa. Pésimo la verdad
