Compre una impresora y tuve un problema con ella, al marcarles para preguntar me colgaron en cuanto mencioné la palabra "problema" remarque y me mqndarma a buzón. No cumplen con su garantía.
 Terrible service.
I bought a printer and I had a problem with it, when I called them to ask, they hung up on me as soon as I mentioned the word "problem", I remarked and asked my mailbox. They do not meet their warranty.
