No ofrecen ni un vaso de agua,para llevar el auto no son capaces ni de ir las de recepción a ver el # de serie del auto,te exigen que tú lo hagas. Insisto les falta mucho en atención a clientes. Y para hacerme una garantía,tuve que dirigirme directo a Mercedes México...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es mala, la fechas de entrega no son respetadas y los asesores una vez que ingresas el vehículo, nunca te marcan tienes que marcar les tu y a ver si se dignan a contestarte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo esta agencia, solo lleve mi carro a un escaneo general y salió con daños, mismos de los cuales no se querían responsabilizar ese mismo dia varios autos salian con golpes, reclame si lo hacían para robarle piezas a los autos o cual era la respuesta a porque varios autos salían con daños.
Tardaron 1 mes en entregarmelo despues de casi demandarlos.
La atención por parte de todo el personal es pésima nadie sabe dar respuesta al estatus del auto.
I do not recommend this agency, I just took my car to a general scan and it came out with damage, for which they did not want to take responsibility that same day several cars came out with blows, I complained if they did it to steal parts from the cars or what was the answer because several cars came out with damage.
It took them 1 month to deliver it to me after almost suing them.
The attention from all the staff is terrible, nobody knows how to give an answer to the status of the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren en seminuevos star Haus Lerma, te hacen esperar su aprobación de la facturación y te cancelan la compra porque ya no quieren vender al precio acordado me hicieron perder dos semanas y además tardarán 3 semana den devolver el dinero, no son profesionales
