Servicio pésimo Todo lo tratan como covid (para cobrarte la prueba rápida) Cuando mi esposa tuvo nuestra bebé, nos querían cobrar todo, sin darnos nada (leche, pañales, biberon, termómetro), solo porque tenía gastos médicos... No lo recomiendo para nada IMPORTANTE: SI YA SE INTERNARON POR CUALQUIER COSA... REVISEN SU CUENTA, PUEDE SER QUE LES HAYAN COBRADO HASTA LAS SÁBANAS Y PIDAN COMPROBANTE DE TODO

Es un excelente hospital, con muy buena atención, oportuna y eficaz. Recomiendo que le den una oportunidad y no se dejen llevar por los malos comentarios, no se van a arrepentir. Desde la atención, la comida y el trato con cada uno de los que ahí trabajan me parecieron los correctos. Gracias!

Slow and bad service. Hard to find a doctor. And when we complain nobody cares including the director. Needs improvement.

I came here along with a family and a patient that would be having a surgery for their thyroid. While the doctor did his job properly, the staff and administration of star Medica were running amok amidst their unprofessional chaos. From the moment of that we arrived to the scheduled time to check into the building, we spent countless hours dealing with the inefficient communication of the hospital and often had to hurry the personnel in order for us to be attended properly. They were switching us from one room to another The patient was taken multiple erroneous shots The surgery began multiple hours off schedule Nurses were lost, didn't know how to proceed with protocol. In my family, we had a doctor present and she noticed all the conundrum going on at Star Medica, and quite frankly didn't understand why a priveat hospital wasn't able to provide us with a decent reception. Regardless of visitors, the primary concern was for the hospitality services offered to the patient, and frankly they were troublesome. In loeu of these observations, this hospital wasn't much better than attending a public institution, but you're paying quite the difference. Overall not so good.

Rude service with customers, they will talking about save distance outside, inside the nurse they are all together hosting a meeting without distance, how they explain that? The elevator holds about 10 people I don't see social distance, but what about the bill for night ? 3500 por night at regular room with TV that don't even work. Get it right.

Worst HOSPITAL experience ever. Doctor had no bedside manner, put her ego first above patient care, and even though this is a private hospital they did not do everything in their power to help the patient. Not only that but between staff there seems to be a discomfort and an understanding that the hospital is horrible. No one really stepped up and if this is supposed to be better then the local hospital whats the purpose of even going here. Medical staff are super slow to respond to the emergency room. The nurse made no attempt to understand and fully pass on the information to the doctor requiring myself to repeat myself post consultation after the doctor had prescribed the patient medicine without running test, touching her, or even doing the basic workup. This hospital is exactly if you went to the seguro just with a higher bill at the end, we understand theres a pandemic going on but the doctor was more worried about the patient being a COVID carrier (which she's not,) to the point where I had to offer them the opportunity to test her because their worry and insecurity on how well protected the doctor was impeded the doctor from doing their job. The doctor should really learn and attempt to be and do better because if someone goes into that hospital the last thing a patient needs is seeing the doctor scared, insecure, and plain out unprofessional. Its a horrible time we are in, the doctor expressed that she had received both shots of a covid vaccine. so the ambiguity and the lack of professionalism seems to be a bit much for someone who is better protected than the general public. Also no-one told her to become a doctor she chose that for herself. I was very displeased with the entire medical staff, The Nurse and Doctor that I was given were terrible and it seemed to be a general understanding within all the staff that the doctor and nurse were no good. Everyone that was around me heard me complain and say how the doctor and nurse made zero attempts to actually do their job and no one was impressed or shocked. so if this is the case for everyone coming in there needs to be a better management of the medical staff.

Very rude staff and NO WAITING ROOM!! Made us wait outside with no seating and kept kicking us off the property while we waited for our grandmother to be operated
