I am very sorry that the hospital itself is not bad, the facilities are excellent, the doctors are excellent But it is Terrible nursing service in general. Not all but the vast majority treat you as if the service were a gift. There are now 2 occasions in which we had this bad experience, 1 was a cesarean section and this time a spinal surgery and the same pattern of poor nursing service was noted. With the severity of the last surgery, I requested nursing service and it took up to half an hour, there were nurses sitting there but they could not come arguing that they were not in charge of the patient, for God's sake they should go, among others that the list would not end. I was in uncertainty almost passed out in the pain chair without any assistance and not knowing what to do since I am not from the health area. On the other hand, I am concerned that when I want to file a complaint inside they send me to another person who is not experienced, it seems that they are covered, in the latter they sent me to the restaurant service person. Finally, I do not want to go through medical emergencies that require hospitalization again, but if that is the case, I will not return to this hospital just because of its lousy nursing service.

My experience as a patient in this Hospital has been excellent, the medical team very efficient, professional, attentive, and the administrative attention very fast and friendly. The costs are reasonable since there is Quality. I highly recommend it.
