★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las lavadoras se quedan atoradas, y tirando agua fuera de la tina, la maquina automatizada de recargas no realiza su función correctamente y servicio al cliente su solución fue que revisarian las grabaciones y darían seguimiento a mi problema.
Muy mal servicio o por lo menos la sucursal(Félix U. Gómez), esta en pésimas condiciones.
 The washing machines get stuck, and throwing water out of the tub, the automated refilling machine does not perform its function correctly and customer service their solution was that they would review the recordings and follow up on my problem.
Very bad service or at least the branch (Félix U. Gómez), is in terrible condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ las instalaciones son bastante buenas sin embargo el servicio es pésimo, dos empleadas en sus teléfonos celulares muy entretenidas mientras los clientes solos tienen que encontrar solución a situaciones cómo hacer cambio para poder depositar dinero a la tarjeta que se usa para activar el equipo.. no se te ocurra pedir cambio porque arenas de un NO, recibes una dosis de actitud por atreverte a interrumpir el valioso tiempo de las empleadas
The facilities are quite good, however the service is terrible, two employees on their cell phones are very entertaining while the clients alone have to find a solution to situations how to make change to be able to deposit money to the card that is used to activate the equipment .. no Do you ever ask for change because you are a NO, you get a dose of attitude for daring to interrupt the valuable time of the employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya está muy viejito el lugar ya luce pequeño y las máquinas también antiguas, pero cuando ya eres cliente te acostumbras y vas a lo que vas. Parece que ya no les interesa mucho esa sucursal a los dueños.
The place is already very old, the place already looks small and the machines also old, but when you are already a customer you get used to it and you go to what you go. It seems that the owners are not very interested in that branch anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deje mi ropa y o sorpresa cuando me la entregaron ya no pido un aroma a suavitel ni a limpio siquiera olia, es triste ver qué pagas por un servicio y no lo recibes, la ropa pareciera que la lavaron junta o no se ,usaron secado demasiado caliente encogieron mi ropa y pagarla no creo que lo hagan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrate el servicio de lavado de tenis y me los regresaron en peor estado del cual los entregue. Los tenis son completamente blancos y los entregaron desteñidos. Al momento de presentar mi queja no me pudieron resolver en lo absoluto. No lo recomendaria en lo absoluto, pesimo servicios y super informales.
I hired the tennis washing service and they returned them to me in worse condition than when I delivered them. The sneakers are completely white and were delivered faded. At the time of presenting my complaint they could not solve me at all. I would not recommend it at all, lousy services and super informal.

Para comprar la tarjeta cuesta $10.00 pesos nota no acepta monedas por lo menos en esta sucursal ( no se en las otras)
Los precios son de $25 por lavada y $25 por secada respectivamente
Para los que vayan por primera vez..
Deben de colocar primero su ropa dentro de la lavadora, de el lado derecho y echan suavitel y de el izquierdo el detergente,
Cierran la puerta y pasan su tarjeta por el lector y presionan el botón COLORS o WHITES y listo comenzará a funcionar marcando el tiempo en cuenta regresiva 34..33..32...
