They lack a lot as a hospital in every way. They charge for parking, the reception service is incompetent, little staff such as lockers, unused bathrooms, in their "cafeteria" they do not have what is on their menu. In general VERY BAD.

Excellent service from all the staff, nurses and especially Dr. Zermeño, all very trained, friendly and attentive. The general facilities of the hospital are small (like the cafeteria) but very clean, it has parking inside the hospital unlike some located in the same area. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. The suite has 2 televisions, a spacious room inside the room, cafeteria service, 2 fully equipped full bathrooms.

Not even because it's private does it take away the crappy All wrong, ER waiting time 1 or 2 hours!!!!! They do not give you a good diagnosis and not to mention the time it takes to deliver a HORRIBLE prescription, it is not worth paying so much for a badly given "service".
