★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi informes para paquete de maternidad la señorita no de la mejor manera me tomo datos y no me los enviaron y asistí al hospital en donde me comentan que se va a las 18:00 HRS y que valla mañana. Obviamente no puedo ir en otro horario por eso no fui hoy más temprano ya solo es hasta mañana sus supuestos descuentos y no puedo apartar si no tengo la información completa por qué si algo no me gusta me cobran cancelación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hospital es bonito con todas las comodidades y amenidades en mi caso las enfermeras muy amables el doctor también, lo malo es que aunque tienen un buen servicio tienen malos doctores no porque me tratara mal si no porque solo me mantuvieron con cosas para que no me doliera el intestino pero cuando salí obviamente me sentía mal porque no encontraron la causa raíz y fui empeorando, mi recomendación es tener mejores especialistas y no solo cedarte porque todo se puede agravar el tiempo cuando te enfermas es crucial. Por último obviamente los costos son altos
The hospital is nice with all the comforts and amenities. In my case, the nurses are very friendly, the doctor too, the bad thing is that although they have good service, they have bad doctors, not because they treated me badly, but because they only kept me with things so that I wouldn't the intestine hurt but when I left I obviously felt bad because they didn't find the root cause and I got worse, my recommendation is to have better specialists and not just give in because everything can get worse the time when you get sick is crucial. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo este lugar el servicio es lento insensible y sobretodo interesados en lo económico el personal que según con autoridad no hizo nada dio media vuelta y se fue todo por asegurar su pago. Según médicos y no atiende una petición de un paciente con una situación de cansancio ni fastidio . En ningún momento tienes mis intensiones de no pagar proponíamos dejar un familiar hasta acabar el trámite y el paciente y acompáñate salir insoportables ruidos y cubículo para esperar
NoI lo recomiendo para mi fue pésimo solo buscan cobrar más

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia con los resultados de la prueba rápida de COVID en automóvil Tlalnepantla, me hice el examen el día de hoy a las 14 hrs y me dijeron q en el transcurso de la tarde me lo mandaban y son casi las 12 de la noche y no recibí nada y estuve hablando para preguntar que había pasado y solo me decían que eran otra área independiente los de examen en carro y que todavía no tenían resultado de parte de laboratorio que esperara a que me llegara el correo porque el sistema tardaba !!! Jamás regresaré ahí! Y a ver mañana con que me salen , ya pelearé por mi reembolso de lo que pague si no me llega nada…fatal!

No podemos negarle 5 estrellas por el excelente profesionalismo, la atención y el servicio; desde las urgencias, quien entrega los alimentos, elpersonal del aseo, el llamado a las enfermeras hasta las doctoras(es) mis felicitaciones...
Sin embargo hay un área de mejora que pulir... el área administrativa, su atención y servicio es de al menos 1 o 2 estrellas... +5hrs para el proceso de alta o salida. Muy malo, y aunque es justo por factores externos (seguradora, etc...) nunca hubo quien diera seguimiento y atencion a todo el proceso. Es uno quien se movió para mover al personal y unir los problemas de comunicación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvimos la experiencia de contratar un paquete a traves de Reina Madre y en general el servicio brindado por el hospital me pareció bueno, la atención del personal de enfermería fue bastante bueno, siempre estuvieron al pendiente. Tuvimos un tema con las enfermeras de cuneros, sin embargo, se pudo resolver con la visita del director, quien estuvo al pendiente todos los días. La limpieza y seguimiento de protocolos de seguridad me parecieron buenos. Sólo es importante tener en cuenta el costo del estacionamiento, ya que es de la plaza y no tiene un tope máximo por lo que salió caro pagarlo.
