★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en urgencias no fue rápida porque estaba saturado y un solo médico atendiendo, el paciente llego desvanecido y el diagnóstico que nos dieron es que tenía Covid, de los estudios se pago $31,000.00 y su estancia fue 4hrs., pedían un deposito de $300,000.00 para darle una habitación y continuar el tratamiento, por lo que pedimos el alta voluntaria, y nos indicaron que NO nos darían ni una receta por ser alta voluntaria y que se daría tratamiento si se pagaba para la habitación, pareciera que la salud es un negocio - pagas, tienes lo que quieras- pero ya habíamos pagado los estudios y nos habían dado un diagnostico, lo lógico es que nos dieran una receta, insistimos y después de 2 hrs accedieron a darnos la receta y alta; después lo llevamos a IMSS y resultó que no tenia Covid sino Neumonia, fue atendido ahi por ser trabajador sin costo. Sugiero mayor atención en los resultados de las pruebas Covid que entregan en el hospital ya que un mala interpretación del médico da un abismo de diferencia entre Covid y otro tipo de daño de los pulmones y el tratamiento es distinto. Cabe mencionar que al dejar el paciente en starmedica por Covid no permite que lo acompañe un familiar y el estatus es por telefono. En el IMSS tampoco pudimos entrar ya que dimos el diagnostico de Starmedico como Covid pero le hicieron la prueba y resultó negativo, la diferencia fue de 6 hrs. Entre una prueba y otra, hasta ese momento nos enteramos que la interpretación de Starmedica depende del médico y no propiamente del resultado
The emergency care was not fast because it was saturated and only one doctor attended, the patient arrived fainted and the diagnosis they gave us is that he had Covid, $31,000.00 was paid for the studies and his stay was 4 hours, they asked for a deposit of $300,000.00 for give him a room and continue the treatment, so we asked for voluntary discharge, and they told us that they would NOT give us a prescription because it was voluntary discharge and that treatment would be given if the room was paid for, it seems that health is a business - you pay, you have what you want- but we had already paid for the studies and they had given us a diagnosis, the logical thing is that they give us a prescription, we insisted and after 2 hours they agreed to give us the prescription and we were discharged; Later we took him to IMSS and it turned out that he did not have Covid but Pneumonia, he was treated there for being a free worker. I suggest greater attention to the results of the Covid tests that are delivered to the hospital since a misinterpretation by the doctor gives a huge difference between Covid and another type of lung damage and the treatment is different. It is worth mentioning that when leaving the patient in starmedica due to Covid, he does not allow a family member to accompany him and the status is by phone. We were also unable to enter the IMSS since we gave the diagnosis of Starmedico as Covid but they did the test and it was negative, the difference was 6 hours. Between one test and another, until then we learned that the interpretation of Starmedica depends on the doctor and not the result itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los resultados de mi prueba CoVid Antígenos tardaron en llegar 20 hrs y no las 5 que me indicaron durante la toma de muestra.
Para recibirlos tuve que envíar varios correos y llamadas en las que la atención no fue nada amable.
The results of my CoVid Antigens test took 20 hours to arrive and not the 5 that they indicated to me during the sample collection.
To receive them I had to send several emails and calls in which the attention was not friendly at all.
