Too bad sooo bad. We left a coffee shop on January 21 and they still haven't given us an answer, they told us to file a lawsuit with Profeco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, no dan informacion completa, invitan a que hablemos a la marca en mexico para presionar........mala atencion, no pueden ser parte de una garantia de una empresa y dar esta atencion.....tengo 3.5 meses esperando y por lo que leo otras opiniones, tienen el mismo patron, nos deseperemos y recogamos el equipo.....mal por la marca
Terrible service, they do not give complete information, they invite us to speak to the brand in Mexico to pressure ........ bad attention, they cannot be part of a guarantee from a company and give this attention ..... I have 3.5 months waiting and from what I read other opinions, they have the same pattern, let's get desperate and pick up the equipment ..... bad for the brand
