★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima empresa de televisión, nunca contestan el teléfono y cuando vas a la oficina te reclaman que porque no mejor llamaste, y jamás arreglan los problemas de cliente, no merece ni una estrella.
Terrible television company, they never answer the phone and when you go to the office they claim that because you didn't call, and they never fix customer problems, they don't deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor compañía de TV de paga nada recomendable. Su centro de atención no contesta y desde el 30 de Marzo hasta el 17 de Abril restablecieron mi servicio, aún así se atreven a cobrar el mes completo.
The worst pay TV company recommended nothing. Your call center does not answer and from March 30 to April 17 they restored my service, yet they dare to charge the full month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Señores de StarTv Xalapa: De el jueves 30 de marzo del 2017 hasta el domingo 2 de abril 2017 la señal de televisión que proporcionan es mala y no ofrecen una oportuna atención al cliente desde el teléfono 01800700STAR, que siempre permanece ocupado; y en el teléfono de la oficina Star Tv Xalapa no contestan. Espero que mejoren el servicio.
StarTv Xalapa Gentlemen: From Thursday, March 30, 2017 until Sunday, April 2, 2017 the television signal they provide is bad and does not offer timely customer service from the telephone 01800700STAR, which always remains busy; and they don't answer on the Star Tv Xalapa office phone. I hope they improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen abierta la sucursal, si se presenta algún inconveniente no se puede acudir a la única sucursal en Xalapa porque nunca abren. Cancelaré mi servicio, aunque veo que les importa poco sus suscriptores.
They never have the branch open, if there is any problem, you cannot go to the only branch in Xalapa because they never open. I will cancel my service, although I see that they care little about their subscribers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben comunicarse directamente a la oficina en mi caso Cd Xalapa Ver. Después de las 10 am que abren, inmediatamente ellos se comunican con el técnico y te lo mandan. Hoy tuve un problema con el servicio que requería que se ajustara la señal de la antena y a las 12 del mismo día éste se comunico y a las 3 pm ya estaba tocando a mi puerta atendiendo mi servicio. (También pueden solicitar a la oficina el número de los técnicos y ellos muy amablemente te los proporcionan, a mi incluso me dieron dos celulares para agilizar la atención)
They should communicate directly to the office in my case Cd Xalapa Ver. After 10 am they open, immediately they communicate with the technician and they send it to you. Today I had a problem with the service that required the antenna signal to be adjusted and at 12 o'clock on the same day it was communicated and at 3 PM I was already knocking on my door taking care of my service. (You can also ask the office for the number of technicians and they kindly give them to you, they even gave me two cell phones to speed up the attention)
