★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, servicio, llevo esperando al técnico de instalación desde el día jueves 10 de mayo, se llegaron a comunicar con migo hasta el sábado donde supuestamente el técnico iría el mismo día a las 12:30pm de lo cual jamas llego, y ni que decir el domingo, da mucho que desear si técnicos de Mérida publican en el facebook que te hacen la instalación inmediatamente cuando ni siquiera se presentan a hacer la instalación, aun no entiendo para que fijan fecha y hora si no se van a presentar a hacer dicho servicio, no es posible que se llegue hasta estos altos grados de irresponsabilidad de la empresa, espero poder comunicarme con ustedes lo mas pronto posible para llegar aun acuerdo por el inconveniente
 Horrible, service, I have been waiting for the installation technician since Thursday, May 10, they got to communicate with me until Saturday where the technician supposedly would go the same day at 12:30 pm which never came, and needless to say On Sunday, it gives a lot to be desired if Mérida technicians publish on Facebook that they install the installation immediately when they do not even show up to do the installation, I still do not understand why they set the date and time if they are not going to show up to do this service , it is not possible to reach these high degrees of irresponsibility of the company, I hope to be able to communicate with you as soon as possible to reach an agreement due to the inconvenience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio te hacen hacer cita para instalación y no acuden que por falta de técnicos y sobre todo que para que sea seguro pases a firmar el contrato a la oficina. Poco profesionalismo
Bad service make you make an appointment for installation and do not go because of lack of technicians and especially to make sure you sign the contract to the office to be sure. Little professionalism
