El encargado del lugar al llegar me ignoro completamente y luego llegó otro coche y lo atendio y jamás me hisieron caso me tuve que ir e incluso al irme no me pidieron disculpas ni nada solo me dijieron vuelva pronto la verdad fue la peor experiencia de todas que no quiero repetir de nuevo

The manager of the place when I arrived completely ignored me and then another car arrived and attended to it and they never listened to me I had to leave and even when I left they did not apologize or anything they just told me to come back soon the truth was the worst experience of all that I don't want to repeat again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio y calidad del lavado. La atención es buena y apoyan si es necesario entregando el auto o dando aviso en los fraccionamientos cercanos. Lo único malo es que su espacio de espera no es cómodo pero sin duda de los mejores lavados en tiempo adecuado.
Very good service and quality of washing. The attention is good and they support if necessary delivering the car or giving notice in the nearby subdivisions. The only bad thing is that your waiting space is not comfortable but certainly the best washes in adequate time.

Recomendable llegar temprano (8:30) en sábado o domingo para que quede rápido o dejarlo y recogerlo después. Y el lavado Platinum es buena opción si no lavas tu auto tan seguido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en general es aceptable. Desgraciadamente sus lavadores y quizás no todos son ladrones. Me han tomado cosas de la guantera en más de una ocasión. La primera vez pensé que no traía nada, pero en dos ocasiones más tomaron monedas y artículos que olvidé.
Obvio pedí hablar con el dueño. Desgraciadamente es una persona que le valen los clientes. Use sus servicios en varias ocasiones y lamento que tenga rateros entre sus trabajadores. Y lo peor es que al no dar la cara, es solapar lo que pasa en su negocio.
Así que tengan cuidado. Al menos jamás dejen nada, que lamentable. Jamás volvería al lugar. No tengo necesidad de tratar con ladrones. Es una pena confiar tu auto a este tipo de establecimiento. Jamás volveré.
The service in general is acceptable. Unfortunately their washers and perhaps not all of them are thieves. I've had things taken from the glove compartment on more than one occasion. The first time I thought I was not bringing anything, but on two more occasions they took coins and items that I forgot.
Obviously I asked to speak to the owner. Unfortunately, he is a person who is worth his clients. I used their services on several occasions and I am sorry that you have thieves among your workers. And the worst thing is that by not showing his face, he is overlapping what happens in his business.
So be careful. At least never leave anything, how unfortunate. I would never return to the place. I have no need to deal with thieves. It is a shame to entrust your car to this type of establishment. I will never go back.
