There was a ckeck out line mix up and the manager instead of working to resolve the issue and make the upset customers comfortable and welcome, he fuled the situation made it a "me" scenario arrogantly confronted customers. I will NEVER buy anything at this location again. Shame on Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee has a great taste compared to the ones I tried in Kansas. I know people always says: Starbucks is Starbucks everywhere but I disagree. I love coffee from Honduras, Colombia, Chiapas and Veracruz and the one at Monterrey airport is pretty decent.
