★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While we got to the airport early and needed to get some coffee to get going. The lady at the register was nice and got my order right. both coffees were made well and I was ready to go. The taste was good and the temperature was right. I did not encounter anything bad as some comments I've read. Then again I often have great experiences with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. They didn’t discount the complimentary add ons (fat and lactose free milk) for having a rewards card. I asked for a chai latte (teavana leaf) and it was terrible. First they did not add the milk and then they added a small amount and cold. Worst Starbucks experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now what I ordered but still good. The barista couldn’t understand English and that probably became the reason why we received the wrong coffee. Overall it was clean and tasted good enough to not have to cause a scene.
